UN CLIMATE CHANGE MEETING MISSING CRITICAL DATA
Thermografix Consulting Corporation of Kelowna, British Columbia released details on 18 years of unprecedented research related to electrical energy provision, fossil fuel emissions and building function related to energy consumption. Thousands of hours of research were completed to verify actual Kyoto Compliance pertaining to buildings, development and their greenhouse gas emissions.
Curtis Bennett – CEO explains that buildings are designed with Regional Climatic Data which are local high and low temperature throughout the seasons. The Regional Climatic Data is used to determine how much insulation is used and to calculate energy consumption (greenhouse gas emissions) of the building. Temperature criteria for buildings are calculated in education, design, signed off as compliant by the municipality and insured. Kyoto objectives worldwide are expecting every building to be code compliant and producing less greenhouse gases.
Thermografix used advanced thermography applications to accurately document actual building energy use and compare it to design temperatures. The results were the same in every city, province and state; buildings have a very serious design problem that is causing them to grossly exceed design temperatures.
The same solar radiation that burns skin is causing global problems with absorbent building colors and finishes. Solar radiation is causing solar exposed building finishes to become heat generators that far exceed the design temperatures of the buildings causing massive heat loading on the building envelope. The generated heat transfers inside the building where the symptom is treated with air conditioning and the generated heat radiates atmospherically.
