It was reported through Ottawa and the provinces that the mechanism was found showing buildings are being affected by the same UV that burns skin. Building Development is supposed to reflect or protect from UV or the building generates extreme heat that exceed building code.

Saskatchewan is flooding and don't know their buildings are contributing to their own weather as well as weather extremes elsewhere. If we heat the atmosphere, it changes weather.

Here is an infrared image of Saskatchewan buildings, you can see the heat. The white arrow is the heat from the one room's air conditioner running. A/C is really refrigeration using lots of electricity and it is reacting to symptoms.

The flooding along the Missouri or other regional temperature extremes are a direct result of heating the atmosphere and changing the weather formula, we just couldn't see the source of heat.

Building development is supposed to reflect or protect from solar radiation or the development will be radiated and generate extreme heat. We documented building development close to boiling temperature on a 95 Deg. F day.

When you have industry, politics or any special interest groups interfere with science, there are consequences down the road. Here is one extreme example of a US Nuclear Power Plant along the Missouri River being flooded and they had problems that weren't reported through media. It disturbs me to read the article and see it be reported through Russia that the US Orders a News Blackout over Crippled Nebraska Nuclear Plant We live in a democracy, how could this happen and did Canada know?

There isn't one person responsible for our blog opinions, there are many groups of supporting professionals. The importance of passing off qualified, objective science can't be overstated or effective policy would never happen. ANY professional or group of professionals that lose objectivity or sell their opinion has no right to call themselves a professional and they should lose their credentials. Policy is based on science, not the other way around.

This blog is about administrative negligence, don't care why or who does it because they will answer for themselves. The problem in this case is an administration didn't do their job as the law dictated except this hurts people, animals, pollinators and the ecosystems that sustain all life on the planet.

The World Health Organization's International Agency for Research on Cancer reported a "possible" link between cell phones and cancer. The word "possible" leave lots of argument for lawyers for the telecommunications industry.

What the W.H.O. didn't know at the time of their reporting is that the mechanism or link had been found and reported to Health Canada as well as Canadian Parliament as the reporting profession's jurisdictional authority. It was Health Canada's job to report that mechanism as the authority and as defined in law. They didn't report and as a result created an administrative nightmare with that negligence. The World Health Organization reports Glioma as the cancer associated with cell phone use. Follow that link so you can hear about a very aggressive brain cancer. You and your children are not supposed to hold radiating devices next to your head, you aren't wired for those frequencies.

When you hear reporting professionals talking about cell phones not causing problems, ask them about their electrical credentials because doctors, physicists, Msc, accountants, administrators, etc aren't qualified to understand the frequency mechanism. Reporting without the required electrical professionals is inaccurate and incomplete.

Don't use cordless phones, wireless baby monitors or other wireless devices without consideration for the nerve problems that are reported. Re: Critically Important Information on Smart Meters

Good Afternoon Mr. Coleman,

I want to start out by thanking you for your years of service to British Columbia. We met briefly in 2003 during the interface fires with Kelowna. We were employing advanced infrared imaging of the forest fire interfacing with Kelowna on Gyro Beach when Premier Campbell was meeting CTV for a press conference. Yourself and others came over to see the interface fire through the smoke.

Safety Code 6 is Health Canada's code on public safety regarding radio frequency EMF interaction with humans. There was an error or omission in Safety Code 6 reported to Health Canada September, 2010 and again through Canadian Parliament's Standing Committee by expert witness in October, 2010. The recommendations of the committeein December, 2010 included Health Canada thoroughly investigate the error or omission in Safety Code 6.

The reported error or omission in Safety Code 6 substantiated causation or the mechanism linking frequencies to adverse health effects. Safety Code 6 says the predominant health effect to be avoided is the unintentional stimulation of tissue or a heat effect. Experimental studies show it can lead to nerve and muscle depolarization.

The electromagnetic induction of people or ecosystems is to be avoided because electromagnetic induction is the same way we create electricity except in this case human biology or ecosystems already have their own electrical properties. Inducing currents into an existing electrical system can create a host of electrical problems. This isn't inclusive of the EMFs interacting with pollinators or wildlife which will impact food sources.

The error or omission substantiates Smart Meters are illegal and it requires investigation as to why Health Canada is reporting frequencies are safe but excluding the reported error or the recommendations of the committee. Meters can be wired, there isn't a wireless alternative because it interferes with all the other wireless devices that don't run at those frequencies.

The error or omission reported through Health Canada is the mechanism missing in safety standards around the world. The reason it was reported through Health Canada is because they are the authority having jursidiction for the country. It was reported through Canadian Parliament's Standing Committee by expert witness because they are the authority gathering information.

Health Canada's legal duty was to investigate the error or omission, use the weight of evidence approach as per code. Health Canada not only didn't investigate the error in 10 months, they didn't pass on the error but reported frequencies were safe and that is the part of their administration that requires a criminal investigation. Safety Code 6 is pretty straight forward and this isn't an arguement about the code, it should be enforced immediately because it is hurting people in contradiction of the code.

The mechanism found vindicates science professionals and parents who were discredited without due process. The reason this is reported to the authority is so they can pass it on, expand on it but never ignore it because won't there be liability? This information was reported to Health Canada as the authority having jurisdiction and Canada will have to represent why or who they reported the error to. Electrical professional's recommendations didn't advise waiting and complicating the issues administratively.

Energy Providers are raging forward with Smart Meters because Health Canada didn't tell the energy providers there was an error found in code and that Smart Meters would electromagnetically induce everything their frequencies interact with. The energy providers know the dangers of electromagnetic induction, that is how we create electricity. Smart Meters are illegal and sadly Health Canada didn't represent science had evolved. For any administration to deny electricity as peer reviewed science should qualify them for the tazing program to see if people are affected by electricity.

The telecommunications industry can't dispute electromagnetic induction and won't, they weren't told it was happening to wireless, uninsulated devices called humans. It is illegal and not good for any existing electrical system to be induced, it interferes with their electrical systems. EMFs were left out of an EMF equation and you can't solve an electrical equation leaving out critical frequency interaction.

The W.H.O. is missing mechanism, so is the US Supreme Court but another US Court will be showing mechanism in a Wi-Fi application. Health Canada's administration for their own reasons are using the head up their ass approach while impacting the lives of Canadians, etc with that negligence.

The application of the law changing makes it easier for law firms to dig into this. The law says the unintentional stimulation of tissue or the heat effect is to be avoided. It isn't and the peer reviewed science is called electricity.
