Buildings in Canada are engineered for very specific temperatures that originate with Environment Canada and they contribute to National Building Codes. Buildings are signed off as compliant with building codes because we can't see building function.

This video contains 2 time-lapsed infrared videos, one from outside buildings and the other showing how people are cooked by their buildings. Air conditioning is a good marketing term, it is in fact refrigeration and doesn't belong in a building like this. The building in the video has AC that uses 3000 watts per hour in energy use responding to symptoms. That wastes fossil fuels and creates massive toxic emissions responding to symptoms.

None of this will be discussed in Rio, Peter Kent isn't an Environment Minister, he is a politician putting party before the public he was elected to represent. The UN in Rio is looking for answers on something heating the atmosphere. Warming the atmosphere a few degrees is alarming, we are documenting temperatures close to boiling temperature. Canada is wasting billions and the video here is the reality of their achievements. Look at the video and you will see building development 60 degrees C or 140 degrees F at 8:00 A.M. The buildings are designed and insulated for a maximum of 33 deg. C or 92 deg F. Here is the important Climatic Data as per building code for this area.

Look at the video and keep this in mind, heat rises off building development where it travels where it changes weather around the world. Here is a link to the National Weather Service showing the winds moving urban heat today.

Paint, shade, materials or coatings can be used to stop the heat which stops the energy waste. Buildings aren't insured for this, banks wouldn't fund them, municipalities wouldn't pass them, people wouldn't buy them. Mold and compromised fire integrity are the reality which puts fire fighters at risk. Smart Meters are supposed to save energy, they are not addressing this or recognize it but you will be billed peak rates for your air conditioning waste.

I was asked by Penticton citizens to speak at their city council agenda to substantiate the frequency danger because it was reported by electrical professionals and because I lectured a medical education program on the dangers of the frequencies. From there, Kevin Proteau as citizen's spokesperson asked for a public forum to educate the public.

The City of Penticton, British Columbia agreed to hold a moderated public forum on wireless meter safety. City of Penticton management sat at one table with Itron representing the meter program being safe. Concerned citizen's representatives sat at the other table with the moderator inbetween. The City of Penticton had a live audio feed and did video the event. Unfortunately the video quality wasn't very good and thanks to citizen's taping the forum, unedited versions of the forum are here for you to see. I didn't attend the meeting just to present information on the dangers of the frequencies. I was there in my professional capacity to see the science as represented by Itron, City of Penticton, citizen's concerns and how they were represented. Part 3, Curtis Bennett is an electrical professional with a background in building engineering, advanced temperature applications and lectures the dangers of RF EMFs in medical education for CE Credits required for licensing. Expert witness was provided at the request of Canadian Parliament's Standing Committee on Health where the mechanism linking frequencies to adverse health effects was reported.




Part 4, Questions & Answers From Public

Prime Minister Harper, Environment Minister and other politicians are treating the environment as politics instead of the intricate science it is. The end result is buildings across the country are grossly exceeding Environment Canada's building codes.

The Harper Government has ignored their government trained and certified energy professionals. They are not achieving their objectives and haven't shared this information to the United Nations looking for a source of atmospheric heat.

Weather is the basic interaction of cold and warm air with water vapor, if we heat the atmosphere it changes weather. The real problem is we can't see temperature, we calculate for it.

Here is a picture of Canadian buildings superheating the atmosphere without emissions produced. Later in the day, their air conditioning will run full time using 1000s of watts per hour reacting to symptoms.

There are reasons we wire instead of using wireless. Wireless has to be used carefully and frequencies can't be thrown around with reckless abandon or that can interact with anything the electromagnetic fields (EMFs) touch.



Health Canada's Safety Code 6 governs the limits of human exposure to RF EMFs. The unintentional stimulation of tissue is to be avoided as is the heat effect. Intentional stimulation of tissue is medical imaging in very controlled environments and governed by law.

When you go to the doctor or dentist for an X-ray, they put you in an intended position of use and you wear protective clothing for the Attenuation(elimination) of the frequencies from touching you.

Health Canada's Safety Code 6 protects the public, uses the same science standards as the FCC and other international bodies on the limits of human exposure to radiofrequency EMFs. Provinces and utility companies all have to comply with Safety Code 6 where stimulation of tissue can cause nerve and muscle stimulation.

Here is BC Hydro's Fact Sheet on Smart Meters stating Safety Code 6 is the law and the same science standards as the FCC. See the highlighted area on Page 2.

Page 9, paragraph 2 of Safety Code 6 is alarming because the mechanism linking the frequencies to adverse health effects has been missing, they haven't been scientifically established nor are the implications for human health well understood. Lack of evidence on causality, biological plausibility and reproducibility greatly weaken the support for the hypothesis of adverse health effects.

Safety Code 6 admits they are electromagnetically inducing tissue but the tissue was treated as dead tissue being heated in a microwave. It is assumed the heating is related to a power density affecting a localized area or tissue. As soon as the mechanism linking the frequencies to adverse health effects was reported, these frequencies became illegal in these applications. Health Canada's Health Minister sent a form letter response and dismissed electricity as peer reviewed science. (Letter Link)

Cell Towers are deceptive langauge, they don't mention all existing and future antennas blasting areas with EMFs. Smart Meter Routers smothering neighborhoods to communicate with smart devices and Wi-Fi Routers bathing the classrooms with a high frequency power density were left out of the equation. The trillions of nerves in the body, all frequencies, biogical systems, constitutive properties and a lot of science professionals left out of the radiation discussion. As soon as you add all the missing frequencies, towers, routers, wireless infrastructure, electrical properties of unprotected humans, you have causation showing how humans are hit by the EMFs that would cause adverse health effects. The dangers of wireless frequencies is now lectured in medical education for education credits doctors, nurses, etc require for licensing. It is recognized in North America and is accepted medical education, no longer just opinion. Here is the press release for the American Academy of Environmental Medicine.

Safety Code 6 says Health Canada will use the weight of evidence approach with submitted science and change the code, they didn't follow the code even though the application of law changed. BC Minister Rich Coleman was informed the frequencies are illegal. Coleman responded with dismissive form letter, not weighted science by qualified professionals.

Wi-Fi is electromagnetically inducing children as well as teachers and they are now conductors creating electricity. The problem is they already have their own electricity and are uninsulated.
