Urban Heat Islands(UHI) are well documented for their costs to taxpayers, energy waste and contribution to weather change downwind from the urban areas. Every province and country has substantial losses as well as increased emissions, electrical waste, air conditioning, etc responding to UHI effect. Cities like Los Angeles are reporting costs of 100 million per year.

It gives us great pleasure to report to you that after 10 years and seasons of unprecedented work on UHI that we have not only found the cause of UHI creation but real solutions to address it before they become UHI.

The cost savings per province/state/country could be in the 100s of millions to billions depending on the province/state or country. The electrical and air conditioning savings will immediately reduce emissions as well as eliminating heat contributing to climate change while at the same time creating sustainable economy.

The opportunity is unrealized as the United States and other members of the United Nations do not have this new science data available to them.
