There is a big difference between a magnetic field and an electromagnetic field(EMF) Where magnetism is natural, use of man made EMFs has to be considered very carefully. There are real reasons we wire the world and confine EMFs to an insulated conductor or there will be consequences. Here is an electrical example of a 60 Hz frequency problem that was created because of an electrical installation missing a small piece of mica board. It could have resulted in serious electrical failure, explosions, fires, lost economy as well as injury or death.

There is controversy over the wireless grid used for cell phone, Wi-Fi and the deployment of smart meters or smart devices. Everything in existence and all life is made from what you see on the Periodic Table or combinations of. Everything on the table is electrical with neutrons, protons and electrons. It costs less to radiate 5 sq. miles with a smart meter router than it does to wire all the smart devices in the coverage area. One of Texas Oncor's collectors radiates 125 sq. miles and it seems cheaper than wiring all the smart meters in the coverage areas.

These frequencies as applied are dangerous across the board and the liabilities will far exceed any benefit. Topping that off is the energy savings associated with the frequencies is really non existent. Here is our submission to a Public Utilities Commission supporting the suspension of a utility application for wireless or a denial of the application. The images show the massive energy waste reacting to symptoms when the energy could be saved through real solutions.

There are wired alternatives to wireless and here is an example. This customer in Texas was concerned whether they had a wireless smart meter and asked how their analog electrical meter was read from a central location. Here is the response from the Texas utility and they read the meter without compromising your privacy or radiating the building, people, pregnant women, fetus, vulnerable patients, pets, pollinators, infrastructure, ecosystems, wildlife, pacemaker recipients, etc.

There are real reasons we confine electrical signals in wires. Radiating large areas with wireless puts everything in the circuit and we aren't insulated for it. Here is the response from the Texas utility:

The reason we have to be very careful with radio frequencies is because the EMFs go through buildings, infrastructure, people, plants, birds, bees, pollinators and will interact with anything they hit. What has happened with wireless is that technology has developed faster than safety. It gives the illusion of being much cheaper to use wireless because you save money on construction costs wiring it. An example is wireless laptops in a classroom. If we have 30 computer stations in the classroom, it is easier to put in a Wi-Fi Router and provide coverage throughout the classroom than it is to construct and wire 30 computer stations. The problem is we have put the children and teachers in the wireless circuit. They aren't protected and the frequencies are electromagnetically inducing them. The problem with that is they already have their own electricity.

The difference between wired and wireless is wired uses insulated conductors where wireless uses the air, it isn't insulated and anything hit by the frequencies is a potential conductor in the wireless circuit.

Think of science today, flying, space flight and even landing on Mars. Here is a picture of the science used around the world for protection from wireless. It is called the Specific Absorption Rate. Wi-Fi is considered safe because the computers isn't held against the head and smart meters are considered safe because they aren't held against the head. The red arrow is the cell phone and the white arrow is a temperature probe in the top of the head.

Here is a diagram of a utility's smart grid. The routers cover several square miles and each collector 100s of sq. miles. Pretty simple to see this part of the wireless circuit was left out of safety as well as the bio electricity of everything the frequencies interact with.

As you can see by the diagram above these frequencies are covering large areas to communicate with smart meters. What isn't considered is the frequencies going through buildings, businesses, industries, infrastructure, volatile areas and include Nuclear Power Plants. When frequencies or EMFs go through concrete, fire separations and other materials, there are problems with that interaction. The equivalent of molecular earthquakes happens at high speeds that can be measured. If the frequencies are 900 MHz. vibrations 1.8 billion times per second will happen and that accelerates corrosion. The simple point is we DO NOT blast frequencies around with reckless abandon under any circumstances, there will be real consequences. Nuclear Facilities, refineries, gas plants, bridges, infrastructure, volatile environments are not designed for this frequency bombardment. That makes these facilities more dangerous with premature failure or inducing electrical charges that will cause explosions or fires. The wireless industry is expanding and more wireless devices mean more electrical load or power density. That means the interactions with buildings, infrastructure, nuclear facilities, people, etc will be more powerful.

A wireless circuit is the same as a wired circuit except a wired circuit is insulated and the electromagnetic fields in wires are generally confined to the insulated wires unless they are single lines. When you are using your cell phone, wireless devices and smart meters, you have an invisible wire connecting you to the device. When you are on your cell phone, think of an invisible wire from the cell tower antennas miles away to you as you drive.

There are serious laws regarding wireless exposure with frequencies that go through you, your child, your fetus, brain, breasts, testicles, etc. Safety codes specify stimulation of tissue is to be avoided except when you are getting medical imaging. With medical imaging, you are put in an intended position of use and the rest of your body protected.

The reason you don't want these frequencies hitting you or stimulating tissue is because experimental studies show it can lead to nerve and muscle depolarization. Nerve and muscle depolarization by these wireless frequencies is an electrical storm affecting the nervous system as well as hormone and immune systems. The science missing was how could you possibly be hit by the electromagnetic fields in different parts of your body? The test used by Health Canada, FCC in the US, wireless providers and the international science community is called the Specific Absortion Rate(SAR Values). See the bracket holding the cell phone in place? The red arrow is highlighting the base of the antenna on the phone where they measured the highest power density. From there it is assumed a small area of the skull was affected. The white arrow is showing a hole in the head where fluid is put in the model and the black wire going into the hole in the head is a temperature probe. If the fluid heats up it is called thermal effects, if the fluid doesn't heat up it is called non thermal effects. This is the ENTIRE science used for human exposure.

The same test is used for wireless computer or other portable device exposure. It was determined exposure was okay 24/7 because the wireless device isn't held against the head. Smart meter frequencies were considered safe because the smart meter isn't held against the head. It is thought a little distance from the device keeps you safe.

What do you see missing in this wireless circuit above? We asked how many tower antennas were communicating with the cell phone, how many Wi-Fi Routers communicating with wireless computers or devices and where were the smart meter routers, relays, smart meter routers and antennas covering 1000s of square miles? The answers were they left them out.

As you can see, the Specific Absorption Rate test admits micro currents are being electromagnetically induced into people but just a little current producing heat. The archaic, ridiculous science used around the world left out the routers, relays, antennas on towers and ALL human frequencies, vulnerability and bioelectric information. The picture directly below is a diagram of a wireless grid provided by BC Hydro. Can you see the information not included in the Specific Absorption Rate test model?

As soon as you incorporate the missing wireless grid showing how people are hit by the frequencies and missing bioelectricity, you have causation, biological plausibility and reproducibility missing in Safety Code 6 which uses the same science standards as other governing bodies. When you read the first 9 pages of Safety Code 6, it will shock you to see a code on safety admitting it missed critical science.

Governments, municipalities, utility companies, utility commissions, provinces, wireless industry, schools, etc all require compliance with Safety Code 6 and not stimulate or heat people. Health Canada is in the process of revising Safety Code 6 and has retained the Royal Society of Canada. As you can see above, the SAR is ridiculous and archaic science. A US Congressman has introduced a draft bill to revise and update the Specific Absorption Rate so it reflects all wireless exposure. The press release and Draft Bill H.R. 6358.

Land use issues are considering tower construction on a lot, not the number of antennas radiating miles outside their land use. The frequencies are radiating buildings and buildings aren't designed for the vibrations which causes the buildings to violate building codes.

Fortis BC is applying to install a wireless smart grid that will radiate 17,000 sq. km or 6553 sq. miles. That will electromagnetically induce everything in the coverage area including biological systems, insects, pollinators, trees, crops, buildings, infrastructure which includes pregnant women, the unprotected fetus, pacemaker recipients, etc. The utility application should be denied because everything the frequencies interact with have to be considered and the applicable professionals. The frequencies are illegal as applied.

Smoke kills millions of people and the fires release toxin back in the air where smoke has travelled from Russia to North America.

Infrared is used in a limited capacity when fighting forest or wild fires. Bird dogs will fly the front of the fire directing directing bombers dropping water of fire retardent. Infrared is used behind the fire looking for hot spots where crews GPS them and put out the hot spot.

Infrared isn't used from the air to track the direction of the fires through smoke giving lead time to fire fighters on the ground. Determination of the direction of the fire could be seen providing sight to Fire Command. Infrared isn't used by water bombers giving them sight through the smoke so they can utilize resources more effectively. Infrared isn't used to potential fighting the fires, protecting economy, infrastructure, power lines, cell towers, timber leases or for reasearch and education. When it comes to wireless exposure for humans, codes and standards are specific. The predominant health effect to be avoided is the unintentional stimulation of tissue as is the heat effect. Intentional stimulation is medical imaging like an X-ray. How many of you would refuse to protective clothing for you or your children when getting an X-ray? You wouldn't be allowed to refuse because of the danger and liability.

When it comes to wireless exposure and safety, code admits it is missing information on how people are hurt. That in itself should have set off alarm bells across the world. Engineering is a precise science and we don't want to get on a plane or elevator that says "good luck". We want our buildings to be engineered and our electrical systems to be safe and the reason codes are specific.

Wireless safety, the FCC, Health Canada's Safety Code 6 and international standards use the Specific Absorption Rate(SAR). Here is a link to the test model used in the Specific Absorption Rate and it is shocking to see the science used today is a plastic model of a head with a thermometer in the top to measure heat. As soon as you see the picture, can you see they left out the routers, cell phone antennas and towers required to complete the wireless circuit? It means you, your children and everything in the large coverage areas is being radiated without protective clothing.

Here is a video to watch and it is an hour long but keep in mind your life depends on it. Men keep in mind the frequencies are hurting you including cancer in your testicles. The Environmental Working Group(EWG) did a study on Polluted Newborns before their first breath. The EWG tested umbilical cord blood for 100s of toxins because the cord was thought to be a filter between the mom and the fetus. The tests weren't done in 3rd world countries, the umbilical cords were randomly picked from U.S. hospitals.

How does a baby have banned pesticides, Mercury, Fossil Fuel Emissions, Fire Retardents, plastics and 100s more chemicals inside them before their first breath? Mom could have drank, ate, breathed, absorbed, bathed or showered in them, she didn't necessarily work in an industrial or toxic environment. In questioning doctors on the issue, one oncologist replied children don't have cancer at 10, they have had it for 10 years and 9 months. The undeveloped fetus isn't protected.

Weather is basically cold and warm air with water vapor mixing. We are not supposed to heat the atmosphere or it changes weather globally and once you generate heat, it is going to change weather elsewhere. Building development is designed for very specific temperature and we have to watch out for the same UV that burns skin or buildings will generate extreme heat. The problem is we couldn't see it.

Here is brand new development on an 85 degree F day, the buildings are up to 198 deg. F and generating heat that changes weather. All states/provinces/countries have to consider this and stop the heat or more severe weather is coming. It will create jobs and has to be fixed, the buildings are illegal as is.

This new development is wasting megawatts(millions) of electricity use every hour reacting to symptoms of solar radiation. Electrical grids have to work harder and there are power outages while the buildings are still superheating the air. A smart grid and smart meters are being deployed to save energy. They are not saving the gigawatts per hour of wasted energy nor addressing the buildings heating the air changing weather.

Whether it is New York, New Jersey or elsewhere we need to protect buildings from solar radiation with different colors or shade. Trees protect from solar radiation yet all trees were removed to make room for the building development.

Here is a link to the Cause of Urban Heat Islands and their massive energy waste. Air conditioning is refrigeration using 1000s of watts per hour of electricity, all of it is a waste. Shade or white washing would remove the electrical load from the challenged electrical grid and stop heating the atmosphere that created Hurricane Sandy.

There is nothing on the planet electrically compatible with each of the frequencies and the frequency interactions with everything they hit was left out of frequency calculations. The frequencies will kill everything living on the planet, radiate buildings, accelerate corrosion of infrastructure and destroy everything. On a personal note, there is no place to hide, no opt out and 100% of people regardless of wealth, power, self importance, their families, etc will be adversely affected. The frequencies will genetically modify genetically modified food, kill bees, pollinators, all food, migration, kill fish spawning and hell is here for what we are doing.

The science and law has changed with the mechanisms reported linking the frequencies to adverse health effects. You can't kill people or the planet to make a dollar. Electrical engineers only agreed to the technology because they weren't told frequencies, electrical information and other critical considerations were not considered in calculations. There can be no margin of error on whether the frequencies are causing nerve and muscle stimulation and interrupting electrochemical processes. Currently, no one has even considered these increasing frequencies to explain the enormity of the bizarre violent behavior in North America. Health Canada's Safety Code 6, the same science standards as the FCC states on Page 9, paragraph 3 and that stimulation of tissue is to be avoided. Experimental studies have shown it can lead to nerve and muscle depolarization. That can be an EMF trigger like your car key opening the door from a distance. Here is a quote from a medical professional that lectured the medical education program on the dangers of wireless frequencies:

Neuropeptides are the chemical equivalent of a biological communication system linking the nervous, hormonal and immune systems. When one of these systems is either strengthened or depressed the others will be affected profoundly. The nervous system is like an on off switch in that it runs on that positive / negative relationship of polarization and depolarization you have eloquently referred to numerous times. Once the depolarization process begins it not only impacts the nervous system communication but impacts the delicate hormonal and immune systems functioning as well. When a coherent bio-electric pattern becomes disrupted by frequencies that are nothing short of an electrical storm and assaulting the natural rhythms of the body, one's mental faculties become severely compromised. Can you blame utilities if the smart grid is funded by government stimulus for billions of dollars and good intent? The stimulus should have provided for wiring of the smart grid as it is the missed economy and would employ millions, while keeping the world safe. President Obama has stated health costs will bankrupt the US Government, shocking to see them funding their own bankruptcy through stimulus packages allegedly for building the economy.

This opinion isn't singular, critical science was missing from the original calculation in regard to the safety of electromagnetic radiation. The smart grid will redefine medicine and science in general and every aspect of life. Wireless environments and vulnerability to these frequencies now has to be considered in medical diagnosis and the smart grid is very, very dangerous to those already suffering from neurological or health challenges.
