Education of the entire country is blind to temperature and infrared is so poorly represented that we missed critical data. If we heat the atmosphere, it changes weather and adds to severity around the world including Alberta Forest Fires that just took out part of the City of Slave Lake.

As soon as there is light, there is solar radiation and those emfs are interacting with building development because of their exterior paint or lack of shade. Reflect or protect to stay compliant with building codes or the building is radiated. The following picture was taken before 7:00 AM on May 18, 2011. It is 5 degrees C or 41 degrees F and building development is supposed to fluctuate with the temperature reported at the weather station. You can see the darker building is 120 degrees F or 50 degrees C and heating the atmosphere without producing carbon or GHG emissions. Carbon capture isn’t working because it is reacting to symptoms of solar radiation. In the summer buildings are using massive energy waste responding to symptoms.

Environment Canada contributes climate data to building code, we couldn’t see compliance. Municipalities better get compliant with paint or shade, your area may be the next floods, droughts or fires.
