Dear News Department,

It is with all the required humility that I respond to your important article in my qualified capacity. Theresa May allowing 5G to be deployed in the UK at all is extremely dangerous with real consequences that include killing the Royal Family. That may sound extreme but that is the electrical reality of mass deploying penetrating RF EMFs. There are real and practical reasons we wire the world. 

This is a picture of the entire science used by China, FCC, ICNIRP, Europe, Health Canada, UK, Gateshead Council, Ireland, Scotland, every country and every wireless industry to substantiate these microwave EMFs do not affect health. It is the same science used to bypass all levels of government, medicine and academia around the world.

I was asked by UK residents to respond to Gateshead Council specific to the missing science  as well to represent Mark Steele’s perceived alarm regarding the danger of this technology. Gateshead or courts assuming  Mr. Steele is either threatening or alarming is a reflection of being technically overwhelmed by a plastic head that isn’t science. Mark Steele would be liable if he didn’t report in his qualified capacity and should be recognized for representing this weapon of mass destruction as applied. It will be an embarrassment to Prime Minister May’s office having to technically qualify the plastic head as science or applicable. PM May needs to cease and desist immediately. It is an unprecedented emergency that can easily be qualified.

Here is the document sent to Gateshead Council warning them of the liability. Gateshead and their Strategic Director will have to account for their negligence in not responding in 263 days. Wi-Fi at 2.4 GHz as one example will oscillate(polarize 180 deg.) 4.8 billion times per measurable second inside bodies and buildings 86,400 times in 24 hours. Prime Minister May isn’t aware that former Canadian Ambassador to the UK Gordon Campbell edited a public inquiry in Canada. The dishonorable ex PM Stephen Harper and present PM Justin Trudeau did not do their jobs reporting this dangerous technology to the UK or UN members as it was represented by Canada’s recognized professionals.

It is important for people and professionals to listen to this interview. Professionals and science professionals need to expand on RF EMFs interacting with their area of expertise.

Exposure codes related to limits of human exposure are the same science used around the world. The purpose of the code is to protect the public but exposure codes alarming admitted that causation and biological plausibility was missing linking RF EMFs to adverse health effects.

Under direct cross-examination in the British Columbia Utilities Commission for the FortisBC application, FortisBC expert Dr. Bailey admitted people had to be exposed to be hurt. FortisBC Engineer Mark Warren took exception to me saying FortisBC would hurt people with smart meters. He stated you could be centimeters away and be safe. I asked if they will cover 17,000 sq. kms with these RF EMFs to communicate with smart meters. He said yes. Now you have electrical causation showing how people, buildings, infrastructure and ecosystems are hit by the fast-moving, penetrating RF EMFs.

In K. M. lawsuit in Tennessee, they call it the RF “energy” from the antenna on their property. People have died on their property, they are hurt, tenants are hurt and there is more damage. The lawyers want causation testimony from their doctors or their case can be dismissed and that is after spending 180,000 dollars on lawyers and reporting.

The RF “energy” coming from the antenna is an electromagnetic field(EMF). The antenna is omni directional meaning the RF EMFs are transmitting to all directions and receiving from all directions. The antenna also reaches a distance and it is the RF EMFs from the antenna that shows electrical causation. K.M., family, tenants, buildings, ecosystems are hit by the EMFs which is causation evidence. It demonstrates how they are hit by RF EMFs that are very dangeous as applied. Electrical causation has to be shown first how EMFs hit buildings, infrastructure, tenants, ecosystems. Electrical causation and EMFs requires a qualified electrical interpretation first, then the other applicable professionals jump in as to what it means to their area of expertise.

There is no margin of error on causation and the reason Donna Bohannan interviews Professor Bennett. Donna is a retired RN that worked Pediatrics(ICU) including policies and procedures. Donna knows and understands the significance of causation being lectured for CME credits. Donna is a very careful and competent health professional because she took nothing for granted. The CME program had to be validated or she wouldn’t have interviewed Professor Bennett a second time.

Kansas City, Missouri Investigative Reporter Andy Alcock verified in their investigation the fires in Kansas City associated with smart meters. It was damning what the utility in Kanasa City admitted to in their follow-up investigation. The VP of the utility admits it sounds like a connection problem but admits they can’t touch the connections.

That sounds confusing but isn’t. When it comes to working on a meter base, that is the only time the utility’s electricians work with the building owner’s electricians. The utility would shut off the power after they read the meter, cut the tamper tab and then electricians for the building owner take over. We would make sure the power was off in the building before they shut off the power.

Then the electrician would remove the meter very very carefully because there are connections inside the meter base that are very fragile and haven’t been maintained. Some buildings are decades old and the electrical components inside the meter base are fragile.

There is a defined physical point where the utility’s jurisdiction ends and electricians begins. In Memphis, Kansas City, Canada and across the United States utilities have used unqualified people who have crossed property lines. Not only did they touch the meter bases, they pulled them under electrical load so there were arcs, surges and when they put the smart meter on there were arcs and surges. The utility did not make sure the connections in the meter base were cleaned, tightened or repaired. Those connections aren’t theirs BUT they can not be left unattended. As a result millions of meters have been mass installed and millions of buildings are a real and immediate fire hazard.

That center is 313 deg. F. and the connection to the left of the center connection is 169 deg. F.
The center connection’s arcing welded the connection and the equipment couldn’t be shut off.

On these new meters, they are plastic and combustible. The new meter won’t even work because nothing works properly with connection problems. These connection NEVER repair themselves. If they are not cleaned, tightened or repaired there will be an electrical failure with associated electrical explosions, failure and fires.

Memphis has to stop their wireless smart meter program and reverse what they have done. They will not avoid their liability.

Washington State Department of Health Responding To Wi-Fi Safety Concerns in Our Schools

Congratulations to Washington State Politicians for doing their job and seeking a qualified response about Washington State Department of Health document on Wi-Fi deployment in 296 school districts. It takes real leadership to let qualified science professionals do their jobs.

Electromagnetic fields interacting with anything is an electrical interaction. We wire the world for particular reasons. Wires are insulated to protect people as well as the circuit. We know EVERYTHING about the wire as all circuits are designed.

In the wireless application everything hit by the EMFs is now inside the wireless wire. That is why care is required because the RF EMFs interfere with our body’s electricity and more damage with polarization.

Governments allowing regulatory process to be bypassed has allowed a frequency bombardment that is damaging infrastructure, buildings as well as hurting people and ecosystems.

It is important for the reader to keep this simple and expand on it as it relates to you. Policy and laws are based on science with all sciences complimenting each other.

Governments and utilities never should have allowed energy or other industry to bypass regulation. Your homes are financed and insured based on compliance with building codes. Blanket coverage of the municipality with highly penetrating, high speed EMFs bypasses the municipality’s jurisdiction and they were not consulted or informed.

The specific absorption rate is the science adopted for limits of exposure to RF EMFs. It is a plastic head without biology and ridiculous science related to health. The plastic head is being used to bypass architecture, engineering, building codes, radiating all biology and every atom or molecule. Heating atmospheric molecules creates heat and contributes to weather severity. 

Complain to your local city council, state and federal representatives of this error that will adversely affect all economy while slowly electrocuting populations, pets, animals, wildlife, trees, fish, micro biology, bees, pollinators, etc. Your cities will bring in their own lawyers, engineers and assist because buildings will reach a state where real estate won’t sell, won’t be financed or occupied. No taxes.

Report to your insurers, universities, police, fire, etc, they were not told or consulted either about blanket radiation. EMFs going through buildings, refineries. oil, gas, and inducing electrical charges in classed areas can cause explosions, fires, loss of life.

Alan Rivaldo put out a document to the Texas PUC dismissing the the dangers of the RF EMFs. He refers to a court case dismissed because causation couldn’t be proven. That isn’t the truth any more.

Causation needs to be substantiated by qualified electrical professionals first. EMFs are an electrical mechanism and the EMFs hitting people, buildings, infrastructure, crops, watersheds, etc is an electrical interaction.

There is no more dialogue on wireless being “possibly” carcinogenic. Causation has been reported, the science is electromagnetic radiation, electricity.

Lawyers will have an easier time explaining to a judge or jury the mechanisms hitting people, buildings, infrastructure and ecosystems.

The water district administrators already shared the document with board members to inform and educate.

 

 

City of Penticton’s Moderated Public Forum on Smart Meter Safety in 2012 Included Professor Curtis Bennett

I was asked by Penticton citizens to speak at their city council agenda to substantiate the RF EMF danger because of my electrical, building engineering and thermal radiation qualifications.

I am also Adjunct Faculty for continuing medical education where doctors, nurses, etc get education credits they require for ongoing medical licensing. The dangers of the RF EMFs as applied has now been lectured for CME credits and applicable in North America.

From there, Kevin Proteau as citizen’s spokesperson asked for a public forum to educate the public.

The City of Penticton, British Columbia agreed to hold a moderated public forum on wireless meter safety. City of Penticton management sat at one table with Itron representing the meter program being safe. Concerned citizen’s representatives sat at the other table with the moderator in between. The City of Penticton had a live audio feed and did video the event. Unfortunately the video quality wasn’t very good and thanks to citizen’s taping the forum, unedited versions of the forum are here for you to see. Special thanks to Dan Bianco for his hours of work putting the information together.

I didn’t attend the meeting just to present information on the dangers of the frequencies. I was there in my professional capacity to see the science as represented by Itron, City of Penticton, citizen’s concerns and how they were represented. Part 3, Curtis Bennett is a government certified provincial and national electrical professional, a building engineering professional, thermal radiation consultant and lectures the dangers of RF EMFs in medical education for CE Credits required for ongoing medical licensing. Expert witness was provided by Curtis at the request of Canadian Parliament’s Standing Committee on Health where the mechanism linking frequencies to adverse health effects was reported.

Part 4, Questions & Answers From Public

The questions and answers from the public include citizens, people hurt by EMFs, Lyndsey Hall who worked at Radar Stations, Professor Joan Moffat, etc.

Lyndsey explains that Radar Stations are encapsulated with copper wire mess which provides a path for the induced current to go to ground. If that path to ground wasn’t provided, someone touching buildings or equipment on site could provide the path to ground. Electrocution kills.

It is very important for health or biological professionals to listen to Professor Moffat. Her qualified explanation of EMFs interacting with our bodies is alarming. She refers to .2 micro-volts(millionths of 1 volt) increase changes white blood cells and the reality every cell in the body is compromised.

Professor Moffat mentions the frequency ranges within the body from 0-50 Hz. The frequencies in the 2 antennas in the meter are 900,000,000 Hz and 2.45,000,000,000 Hz.
The fact that Safety Code 6(2009) states in the Purpose of the code to limit reduced contact and induced current  should have set off an emergency. There are ZERO circumstances where current can be induced. Current kills.

Safety Code 6(2009) admits critical science is missing and moved forward with this dangerous technology instead of qualifying the missing science first. That missing science has been found and reported through jurisdictions.

Our expectations at the open forum were for the city and Itron to technically qualify the safety of wireless smart meters. That didn’t happen.

This is an important link to read. It is a declassified military document about EMFs. This document is about the Bioeffects of EMFs in many applications including hostage taking. This is a military document, science and facts as they are known. There is no politics in science.

Lecturing magnetic fields and electromagnetic fields in accredited medical education for Continuing Medical Education Credits required investigating Wi-Fi in schools in 2010.

The important part of this document is you will see the highlighted section on page 3 where they admit mechanisms are missing linking EMFs to adverse health effects. Bioeffects of Selected Non-Lethal Weapons

You will see other highlighted areas including an admission that microwave interaction is based on 40 years of experience with the heating effects of microwaves. Everything was based on heating because 100% of the bio-electrical information associated with humans or any biology was left out of the equation. There are zero circumstances where critically important bio-electrical information would be left out of an electrical equation.

See the declassified document dated December 13, 2006 missing mechanisms. Know that causation and biological plausibility linking RF EMFs to adverse health effects was found and reported September 14, 2010 to Government of Canada’s Health Canada.

Expert witness was provided to Canadian Parliaments Standing Committee on Health at their request October 26, 2010.

January 7&8, 2011 Causaation and Biological Plausibility was lectured for Continuing Medical Education Credits required for ongoing medical licensing. Due to the program being lectured at the University of Central Florida, Continuing Education Brokers wanted the program approved for all health disciplines in Florida.

That said the program is applicable to all health professionals in North America and it is important because the scope of medical diagnosis has changed.
