Initial Ebola Screening at Airports, Hospitals, Quarantine or Clinics is Reactive & Ridiculous

It is shameful representation of Thermal Radiation Imaging to see the screening done at airports looking for Ebola. Between 2003 for SARS and 2009 for H1N1, 100s of millions of people were imaged at ports of entry. They couldn’t produce one image of a flu because the imaging application exceeded expertise.

The Canadian Government was informed 6 weeks ago that Ebola could be seen and shared. Political party took precedence and Prime Minister Harper’s administration undermined provinces, health care workers as well as the international community desperately looking for help. Texas could have seen that infection and shared it live if required.

This level of Thermal Imaging is lectured in medical education for education credits required for ongoing medical licensing. Accepted medical education applicable in 50 states and Canada with expansion internationally. There is no higher standard. The Integrative Health Forum and GEDI are the only medical education program showing energy at the atomic and molecular level.

Successful imaging requires more than equipment. Imaging at ports of entry is reactive and not achieving objectives when early diagnosis is critical. Here is some very basic images including correcting a breast imaging report from an international group of 50 clinics. This woman’s mother died from breast cancer, sister had a breast removed. You will see we adjusted one of their own images to produce the results.

With injury or infection there is inflammation that can be seen. Strokes, concussions and circulation challenges can be see as well. The very basic imaging you will see includes imaging completed by an international group of 50 clinics that employ doctors. They imaged a young woman for breast cancer and produced a report saying they would use the imaging as a baseline. The patient’s mother died from Breast Cancer, sister had a breast removed and we were asked to look at the report. We disagreed with the report in its entirety, had the clinic change parameters for imaging and you can see the results. The patient was asked what was going on with the left breast and a mass was removed.

The youngest girl to lose a breast to breast cancer was 4 years old and not of mammogram age for decades. Our work with Dr. Ronald Lynch isolated breast cancer in his clinical environment and is 100% non invasive.

As Thermal Radiation Consultants at the atomic and molecular level, we employ the most advanced thermal imaging applications in the world without exception. We do not sell equipment as all equipment is different depending on the complexity of the application requirements. As government certified professionals, our job is to report to our authority. Prime Minister Harper had this info available 6 weeks ago. Airports and ports of entry would have seen an existing format to isolate flu symptoms. I had to meet with Health Canada after equipment manufacturers failed miserably attempting to image SARS in 2003.

It truly breaks my heart to watch how governments are reacting without giving sight of flu or virus to front line health professionals. Infection produces inflammation and it can be tracked live as it spreads. Texas could have seen the sick man immediately with a live visual in minutes. IR equipment is not being utilized as required and this is lectured in medical education now.

Canada has done press on the importance of early detection but the Health Minister, MP Cannan and the Prime Minister’s office did not share critical information.

The temperature images in the slide show are basic and not 1% of what is available for governments to have help. There is lots of imaging technology but applying it was the problem. Ebola will affect people differently but will produce an inflammatory response that medicine including the CDC can not see.

The reason we lecture medical education for CME credits is evolving temperature out of the calculator. Temperature is a critical component in all sciences except it isn’t seen.

Smart Meters Not Saving Energy, Reducing Emissions or Addressing Energy Waste

When it comes to energy consumption, you basically pay for what you use. When you have something plugged in, lights on, devices being used, heaters and heating.

Utilities supply the needs of their consumers and saving energy is important. Less waste of natural resources, less emissions. Smart Meters and wireless devices inside the building will monitor how much energy is consumed.

As Thermal Radiation Consultants, we document and image energy(all matter) above absolute zero(-273 deg. C & -460 deg. F). Here is an accurate example of energy use.

The building you will see here is tilt up construction of a major construction retailer. Heaters are on the roof, heat rises and thermostats are 5 feet off the floor. It is winter time and you should expect a uniformly insulated building, any differences require investigation. Hotter temperatures are bright in color.

The vertical bright areas are the weak insulation values between tilt up panels and heat loss costing money.

The bright dots around the edge of the roof are the ends of the roof truss transferring heat from inside the building. Heaters are on the roof and trying to heat the building from the top down. Heat rises and these energy systems for these buildings should be in the floor.

Ceiling fans can move heat around but the energy waste is real. Smart Meters aren’t going to catch and address the problem. People get billed extra 40% for the 2nd tier usage.

This building isn’t compliant with building codes but the style of building is popular and cheap when it doesn’t have to be. Heating in the floors, insulated and you have a winner.

Here is another building down the road from the construction retailer, same construction, heaters on the roof and they only insulated the showroom for appliance sales. That is the darker area in the thermal image.

Then a second tilt up building is put up beside the uninsulated building. Here is what they look like separate and side by side. These are FortisBC customers and smart meters are not addressing the energy waste but billing for the waste.

Heaters on the roof, walls aren’t insulated except the showroom. The spot temperature on the dark area(insulated) is the temperature outside at that time. Notice the wall temperatures? What is the energy waste heating that mass of concrete, wasted resources, electricity. This building should have failed inspection, insurers are expecting duty cycles of equipment. Not this waste.

These buildings are in FortisBC area and their 2 tiered billing system is billing owners when the building should have failed inspections. Smart Meters will catch none of this energy waste, FortisBC is billing for it.

Wireless smart meters do not belong on buildings and should not be installed. The utility doesn’t have the authority or jurisdiction to bypass the municipalities. The can’t use smart meter frequencies on buildings or infrastructure. Buildings aren’t designed for it and would violate building codes as is. Blasting frequencies through walls induces currents and causes high speed vibrations billions of times per second. That equates into atomic and molecular earthquakes that will accelerate corrosion as well as compromise fire separations.

What are the real health costs associated with putting in pacemakers? Tests, visits to doctors, surgeries, etc never mind the costs to the pacemaker recipients.

Pacemaker manufacturers advise the patient to stay out of an electromagnetic field because the EMF can interfere with the pacemaker. People that work in EMFs have to retire to keep safe and still have to be aware of potential dangers at home. Here is a letter from Sharon Weinstein specific to pacemakers. When it comes to wireless Smart Meters and Wi-Fi as an example, there is much more danger than represented. FortisBC in their application to the BCUC for wireless smart meters admitted under cross examination that their smart grid frequencies will cover 17,000 sq. Kms to communicate with smart meters. While engineer Mark Warren took exception to us saying the smart meters will hurt people, the blanket coverage will take the dangerous EMFs to the homes of all the pacemaker recipients in their coverage area.

The science used by Health Canada, FCC, FortisBC, BC Hydro, Texas PUC, Texas Senate Committee, National Grid in Massachusetts, and other governments or utilities to show safety of wireless exposure is called the Specific Absorption Rate. Here is a picture of a test model used for wireless exposure, can you see the resemblance to human biology? Due to the Wi-Fi computer or smart meter not being held against the head like a cell phone, 24/7 exposure was deemed safe for children, pregnant women, babies, seniors and pacemaker recipients.

Dr. William Bailey, a FortisBC expert confirmed under cross examination that in order for people to be hurt by the frequencies, they had to be exposed to the RF EMF. The Specific Absorption Rate didn’t include the grid and once you have the grid, you have causality linking the frequencies to adverse health effects.

In order for the wireless device to work the rest of the wireless circuit has to be included. Here is BC Hydro’s diagram of their smart grid, now you can see how people as well as buildings, infrastructure and ecosystems are hit?

During the FortisBC application for wireless smart meters, wired versus wireless costs were addressed. Our questions included asking the incorporated costs and liabilities with blanket coverage. FortisBC lawyers didn’t respond and the BCUC allowed them to ignore the related costs and liabilities.

Industry, governments and utilities keeps referring to the meter only. As a result different devices are being used in and around buildings to eliminate the frequency exposure. Look at the utilities own drawing. There are no indoor devices that will protect the building or occupants from the blanket radiation of the grid.

Health costs and tax dollars to put pacemakers in and tax dollars provided by governments to undermine health objectives and kill the patient at home. That is why the grid is extremely dangerous and illegal as applied.

Worcester MA is the state pilot project for wireless smart meters and unfortunately the project moved forward without the required science substantiating safety. As a result tens of thousands are being electrocuted slowly. There are reasons we wire the world and not put people in an electromagnetic field. None of us would grab hold of a bare wire because you could be killed. In this case National Grid is providing the electromagnetic field and people as well as buildings are in the electrical circuit.

The Zone Appeal Board in Worcester MA had a public meeting on National Grid’s application to install a tower for their smart grid. Here is our submission for the Zone Appeal Board and City of Worcester.

As construction, electrical and consulting professionals our jobs are to ensure building development complies with applicable codes. Buildings are financed and insured based on compliance with applicable codes including municipal or regional building codes.

Conflicts between trades, architects, engineers or the authority are resolved with rulings made and any liability placed. At the end of the day, compliance with building code is required or there will be no occupancy.

When it came to consulting on wireless deployment and frequencies interacting with humans or buildings, we went through authorities having jurisdiction including the Government of BC. It was alarming to have political interests interfere with due process and not get the required responses. From BC Hydro to Energy, Housing or Health, government ministers and administrators were not responding to government trained/certified professionals specific to the issues.

It was during the FortisBC application that we found out why. The BC Legislature had allowed BC Hydro to bypass all regulatory process to install smart meters. That is horrific because code changes or law changes take years because ALL applicable industry has to be included.

It is very important to understand utilities can work on their meters. Those meters can not contain antennas radiating large geographical areas and occupants of the buildings. BC Hydro deployed meters and blanket radiation of municipalities, agriculture, businesses without authority or jurisdiction. BC Hydro didn’t consult or inform education, any sciences, insurers, mortgage companies, architects, engineers, fire departments, trades or even building inspection of the cities.

Buildings are designed, insured and comply with building codes for their intended use or environmental loading. Building development is not designed for RF EMF bombardment, MRI chambers are for one example.

BC Hydro as the provinces bigger utility did not go through any regulatory process but FortisBC did and their application moved forward with extremely critical science missing. That science was beyond the scope of the BCUC’s technical understanding and jurisdiction. With all the discussion on wireless safety it is very important people understand the real dangers of wireless exposure and the science that was missing linking the frequencies to health problems.

A wireless circuit is the same as a wired circuit except a wired circuit is insulated and the electromagnetic fields in wires are generally confined to the insulated wires unless they are single lines. When you are using your cell phone, wireless devices and smart meters, you have an invisible wire connecting you to the device. When you are on your cell phone, think of an invisible wire from the cell tower antennas miles away to you as you drive.

There are serious laws regarding wireless exposure with frequencies that go through you, your child, your fetus, brain, breasts, testicles, etc. Safety codes specify stimulation of tissue is to be avoided except when you are getting medical imaging. With medical imaging, you are put in an intended position of use and the rest of your body protected.

The reason you don’t want these frequencies hitting you or stimulating tissue is because experimental studies show it can lead to nerve and muscle depolarization. Nerve and muscle depolarization by these wireless frequencies is an electrical storm affecting the nervous system as well as hormone and immune systems. The science missing was how could you possibly be hit by the electromagnetic fields in different parts of your body? The test used by Health Canada, FCC in the US, wireless providers and the international science community is called the Specific Absortion Rate(SAR Values). Here is a picture of the Specific Absortion Rate and the science used around the world for safety levels of wireless exposure.

See the bracket holding the cell phone in place? The red arrow is highlighting the base of the antenna on the phone where they measured the highest power density. From there it is assumed a small area of the skull was affected. The white arrow is showing a hole in the head where fluid is put in the model and the black wire going into the hole in the head is a temperature probe. If the fluid heats up it is called thermal effects, if the fluid doesn’t heat up it is called non thermal effects. This is the ENTIRE science used for human exposure.

The same test is used for wireless computer or other portable device exposure. It was determined exposure was okay 24/7 because the wireless device isn’t held against the head. Smart meter frequencies were considered safe because the smart meter isn’t held against the head. It is thought a little distance from the device keeps you safe.

What do you see missing in this wireless circuit above? We asked how many tower antennas were communicating with the cell phone, how many Wi-Fi Routers communicating with wireless computers or devices and where were the smart meter routers, relays, smart meter routers and antennas covering 1000s of square miles? The answers were they left them out.

As you can see, the Specific Absorption Rate test admits micro currents are being electromagnetically induced into people but just a little current producing heat. The archaic, ridiculous science used around the world left out the routers, relays, antennas on towers and ALL human frequencies, vulnerability and bioelectric information. The picture directly below is a diagram of a wireless grid provided by BC Hydro. Can you see the information not included in the Specific Absorption Rate test model?

As soon as you incorporate the missing wireless grid showing how people are hit by the frequencies and missing bioelectricity, you have causation, biological plausibility and reproducibility missing in Safety Code 6 which uses the same science standards as other governing bodies. When you read the first 9 pages of Safety Code 6, it will shock you to see a code on safety admitting it missed critical science.

Governments, municipalities, utility companies, utility commissions, provinces, wireless industry, schools, etc all require compliance with Safety Code 6 and not stimulate or heat people. Health Canada is in the process of revising Safety Code 6 and has retained the Royal Society of Canada. As you can see above, the SAR is ridiculous and archaic science. A US Congressman has introduced a draft bill to revise and update the Specific Absorption Rate so it reflects all wireless exposure. The press release and Draft Bill H.R. 6358.

Land use issues are considering tower construction on a lot, not the number of antennas radiating miles outside their land use. The frequencies are radiating buildings and buildings aren’t designed for the vibrations which causes the buildings to violate building codes.

Fortis BC is applying to install a wireless smart grid that will radiate 17,000 sq. km or 6553 sq. miles. That will electromagnetically induce everything in the coverage area including biological systems, insects, pollinators, trees, crops, buildings, infrastructure which includes pregnant women, the unprotected fetus, pacemaker recipients, etc. The utility application should be denied because everything the frequencies interact with have to be considered and the applicable professionals. The frequencies are illegal as applied.

Critical Information Missing Regarding Safety of Wireless Applications

When it comes to the safety of wireless devices, Health Canada, FCC and other international bodies adopted the Specific Absorption Rate(SAR). The name itself acknowledges the energy is absorbed, the tests developed limits but left out critical components in the frequency equation.

BC Hydro is a utility employing wireless Smart Meters to read electrical meters from remote locations. The meters are reported to be safer than cell phones because they aren’t held against the head. They report a short distance from the meter makes you safe from the EMF Radiation from the meter. BC Hydro Fact Sheet on page 1 under Proximity refers to short distances from the meter being safe and further states the meter base the meter is attached to reflects radio frequencies away from the residence.

The limits of human exposure to these frequencies is governed by Safety Code 6 in Canada and the FCC in the U.S. Stimulation of tissue is to be avoided and in order for the frequencies to hurt people, the EMF wavelengths have to hit people. Think of the EMFs as a bullet and how are the frequencies hitting people if distance from the meter keeps them safe?

In order not to hurt people BC Hydro Fact Sheet on Page 2 highlighted area states acceptable exposure is governed by Safety Code 6, the same specifications as the FCC. The BC Utilities Commission states on highlighted area of Page 19 they must be in compliance with Safety Code 6.

Provinces must comply with Safety Code 6. Canadian Wireless Telecommunication’s Association Acts on Page 10 states Industry Canada has made compliance with Safety Code 6 mandatory and a condition of license for tower antennas.

Even though safety standards globally are based on decades of scientific literature, Safety Code 6 admits mechanisms are missing linking the frequencies to adverse health effects. The code also says it will use the weight of evidence approach with new data submitted and change the code if deemed necessary. Those missing mechanisms were reported showing how the EMF bullet was hitting people from head to toe and if you look at Safety Code 6 they treated people as heating tissue. They omitted the billions of frequencies, vulnerability and electrical considerations of biological systems. Here is an illustration by BC Hydro which confirms the frequencies no longer comply with Safety Code 6.

Remember BC Hydro said a little distance from the “smart meters” kept you safe? They omitted the cell relay, smart meter routers and cell towers hitting humans from head to toe. Here is a picture showing how bees, birds, pollinators, buildings and everything inbetween are hit by the EMF bullet.
